Doug’s entrepreneurial background includes multiple start-ups, roll-ups and turn-arounds. He was a Managing Director at KPMG Consulting/BearingPoint responsible for global sales and delivery of market entry and BPO solutions. As Director of Global Business Transformation and Innovation at Unisys, Doug orchestrated renewal and capture strategy for international tier-one brands to drive growth. He has many years of SaaS sales experience and most recently served as VP, Customer Success for PeopleScout.
Doug’s areas of expertise include: Sales & Marketing, Customer Success, business transformation, SaaS, HRTech and management consulting. He’s a graduate of Swarthmore College and lives in Marin County, CA with his wife, Katie and their four children.
Mark's experience runs from tier one enterprises to SaaS start-ups. He led strategy and services at KPMG Consulting/BearingPoint, and his subsequent roles leading post-sales (CS) functions at Eloqua, Oracle, NetSuite, Certain and others has given him a deep understanding of how to successfully establish and scale Customer Success. As Chief Customer Officer at Terminus, he architected an improved customer journey to deliver more value to customers while implementing instrumentation across his organization to inform Product Development, Engineering, Finance, and Marketing. Most recently, as Senior Vice President of Implementation and Delivery at PeopleScout, he grew his team from 700 to 1900+ while shortened customer onboarding time by 50%, and restructuring for scale w/140% growth and 98% client retention.
Mark's areas of expertise include: Customer Success (post sales operations), MarTech, SaaS and management consulting. Mark is a graduate of Boise State University and lives in Denver, CO where his passions include skiing and race car driving.
